CCCA Grand Classic Waxahachie, Texas for October 16, 2010

From L to R - Russell Chandler, Nelson Bates, Mathew Rattray, Noel Shorter and Norma Bates
Ellis County Courthouse in Waxahachie was constructed in 1897 by architect J. Riely Gordon.
Does it look familiar?
This is the same architect that designed the Harrison County Courthouse in Marshall.
The Historic Rogers Hotel is on the NE corner of the square.
Patrons could sleep on the rooftop during summer months, and there was a natatorium in the basement.
Northern baseball teams like the The Detroit Lions and Chicago White Sox would winter here.
We just did what we do best - eat lunch.
Mathew Rattray and his doppelganger Packard Caribbean. He owns one like it Down Under.
From L to R - Nelson and Norma Bates, Jim Hollingsworth, Russell and Tobi Chandler and the Flackmaster.
No stranger to Pebble Beach - Jim Hollingsworth's 1940 Packard 180 Club Sedan
Also no stranger to Pebble Beach - 1940 Packard 1807 Darrin Convertible Sedan - Hilda & Steve Chapman
